MS came out with a heap of these under the Madness loose banner.
Mostly all racing games, not very long or deep but they did have local (and internet!) multiplayer which enhanced their replayability.
Possibly a month re-looking at these?

I have a lot of hours playing MTM2! The WCW trucks were the icing on the cake for me.
I remember playing a bit of Midtown Madness and finding it a lot of fun! It’s a very Windows-y game in my mind, maybe because it was by Microsoft, maybe for some other hard-to-define qualities!
