Combat Mission II is a turn-based tactics game set in World War 2. What intrigues me about it is that the turns are not alternating, but both players decide on the actions of their forces at the same time. It received excellent reviews at the time, and the multiplayer (which can be player over e.g. e-mail) should be really really fun.
Why II and not the first one? I dunno, I happen to have a copy of this one on the shelf. 😀
